Do you deliver throughout India?
Yes, we deliver across India. However, the delivery time may differ from place to place.
What are your Shipping Charges?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders above Rs. 999, which is notified from time to time. We even offer COD (Cash on Delivery) at no additional charge. Any applicable shipping charges will be specified by us at the time of checkout.
When will be my products shipped after placing the order?
All orders are normally shipped on the same day or by the next day after placing the order. In exceptional cases, we may take more time to ship your order. In case of any delay, we will keep you informed.
What is transit time for the order?
We ship from Monday to Saturday, excluding public and bank holidays. Transit time to destinations depends on courier loads, local conditions and variety of other factors, although the estimated transit time is 5-7 days in most cases. The delivery is subject to delay in case of unforeseeable circumstances on such location where the delivery is to be performed. Please note that, the delivery of your order may also be delayed, in case your location is not covered under the jurisdiction of our courier services. Due to Covid-19 crisis, at present time, we are unable to deliver our products at the earliest. However, we will ensure that our products reach to you at the earliest.
What if I want to ship the products to different addresses?
In case, you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will have to place multiple orders. Each order can be shipped to only a single destination/address specified before making payment of order.
What if I have entered incorrect/insufficient address at the time of placing order?
If you have entered incorrect/insufficient address at the time of placing order, then the order can be taken by you by making proper co-ordination with the delivery personnel/delivery partner. What if you are not available at your address/delivery location or address is improper or provided phone number is incorrect or unavailable at the time of delivery?
In the aforesaid cases, the delivery of your order shall be attempted by us at least 2 times, otherwise, your order will be marked RTO (Return to origin). Once, your order is marked as RTO, then your refund shall be initiated according to our refund policy.
What if my order is marked as RTO (Return to origin)?
Once the order is marked as RTO (Return to origin), then your refund will be initiated according to our refund policy and it will never take re-delivery at your location. If you still intend to purchase our products), you will be required to place new order on our website.
